By using SerendipTreasure, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Marketplace Services

SerendipTreasure is a marketplace that connects property buyers and sellers in Sri Lanka. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any real estate transaction. Fees are agreed upon individually — contact us for pricing details.

3. Listing Accuracy

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings. While we review listings for quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by sellers. Buyers should conduct their own due diligence.

4. User Conduct

Users must not post fraudulent listings, misrepresent properties, use the platform for illegal purposes, or harass other users. We reserve the right to remove listings and ban users who violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

SerendipTreasure is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or any real estate transaction facilitated through it.
